Guy is a senior Commercial, Corporate and Technology lawyer with over 25 years’ experience as a law firm partner, corporate counsel, executive and non-executive director, team leader and executive manager.
He has Australian and international expertise in a wide range of commercial legal activities, particularly IT/IP, as well as media and creativity. Guy has worked on transactions in the Middle East, Europe, Asia and the US, and have negotiated and managed large, multi-national transactions in various parts of the world.
Guy is very comfortable and experienced in working with a diverse range of cultures, laws and systems, including the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. Guy has extensive experience in advising on structuring, negotiating, drafting and implementing complex commercial agreements and arrangements, particularly in the IP and IT fields. He is an experienced executive and team leader, and am well versed in directorships and executive management as well as the practice of law.
