It is my great pleasure to announce that Iris Rad has recently joined Arnotts Technology Lawyers.

Iris is a Technology Lawyer with a particular focus on the digital assets space. Iris advised on Australia’s first IPO to accept digital currencies, the merger between Blockchain Australia and the Australian Digital Currency Association and has acted in commercial litigation involving the breach of a Simple Agreement for Future Tokens by an Australian investment company.

Iris works on a broad range of technology, telecommunications and general commercial legal matters. She has been involved in advising established corporates, startups and high net-worth individuals on corporate and commercial matters, regulatory compliance including AML/CTF and AFSLs, contract drafting, token listings and privacy issues. Iris contributed to the Digital Law Association’s response to the UK Law Commission’s call for evidence on smart contracts and assisted RMIT and Monash University in building their legal hackathon competitions.
