What types of clients do you act for?

We act for Australian and international technology and telecommunications businesses, from startups and scale-ups through to ASX-listed entities, multinational enterprises, industry associations and government.

What types of legal work do you do?

We support technology contracting and negotiations, procurement and vendor onboarding, SaaS and cloud agreements, privacy and cybersecurity compliance, telecommunications regulation, dispute resolution, and strategic corporate work such as M&A and capital raising.

Do you offer fixed fees?

Yes. For clearly scoped work we can often offer fixed-fee engagements. If scope is evolving, we can also work on a time and materials (T&M) basis.

What do your Managed Legal Services subscriptions include?

Our Managed Legal Services are an outsourced in-house counsel model. It provides our clients with ongoing legal support for their day-to-day legal operations and transactions under a monthly subscription. It also includes access to a self-service legal portal and other inclusions.

Can you support enterprise and government procurement?

Yes. We regularly support enterprise and government procurement teams and suppliers, including RFT/EOI support, negotiation support, contract risk profiling, defensibility and audit readiness.

Can you help with privacy and cybersecurity incidents?

Yes. We assist with incident response planning, containment and remediation, regulatory notification strategy, communications, and post-incident uplift (including contractual and policy updates).

Do you advise on telecommunications regulation?

Yes. We advise carriers, service providers and suppliers on telecommunications regulatory issues, contracting, and compliance obligations relevant to their business models.

How quickly can you turn around a contract review?

It depends on complexity and urgency. If you have a deadline, tell us upfront and we will confirm timing and priority options as part of scoping.

Where are you located and do you work remotely?

We are based in Sydney and work with clients across Australia. Much of our work is delivered remotely, with in-person support available where required.
